Yesterday, Patti was released from the hospital and has been home since resting as comfortably as expected. Her follow-up MRI looked good and after what seemed like an extra two days of waiting for the paperwork to be completed she was released. She was nearly desperate to sleep in her own bed and it's perfectly obvious that the familiarity instantly put her at ease and she was finally able to get a decent rest. Truly there is no place like home.
